Towneley Masterplan

Following public consultation, which elicited an excellent response with 1,050 members of the public completing surveys at various locations in the park and online, a draft Towneley Masterplan has been produced.

The masterplan will guide how the park develops over the coming years in a way that respects the heritage and ecology of Towneley, whilst creating a modern park that meets the needs of the community and creates opportunities for income generation.
